Some of the repairs we perform (like brake replacements, for instance) are jobs that many people can do, but fewer people do well. There are a lot of little things that go into servicing a vehicle at the highest level – little things that our customers will never see, but we take the time to do them because we know it makes a difference.

Every day, local dealerships order dozens of parts from aftermarket suppliers like Napa or Auto Value; and we receive dozens of parts deliveries from dealerships and OEM warehouses.
It goes without saying that the quality of the parts we use has a major effect on how long our repairs last; and how well your vehicle performs. For this reason, we only use premium aftermarket or genuine OEM (factory) parts. On average, you’ll receive a better quality part from us than with most local competitors. Every time we provide you with an estimate, we take the time to shop around on your behalf; always looking to strike the perfect balance between quality and cost. You can rely on our decades of experience to determine where you can save a little money with an aftermarket part; where an aftermarket part might actually work better; and where only OEM parts will do.
Many automotive shops have entered sales agreements where they are required to purchase most of their parts from one supplier. We, on the other hand, have total freedom to choose the parts that will perform best for you every time.
What is your labour rate?
We get this question a lot, and here’s the quick answer: Our labour rate for general mechanical work is $169 per hour. This is higher than most other service centres in Airdrie, and that’s on purpose.
